Right to err

Sometimes we walk on the wrong side of the road
Choosing shade over light
Shade that blocks our foresight
Only to comprehend life in hindsight

Sometimes we trust the wrong person
Choosing obsession over sanity
Fear over honesty
Ignorant of our inherent innocence
We sincerely build castles in the air

Sometimes we choose the wrong pace
Running over waiting…patiently
Sometimes it feels like life and it’s suffering is beyond redemption
Beyond our control
But at the same time it strikes
That, nothing was ever in our control

Disastrous desires clasping the buds of our wits
An ever enthusiastic mind Embracing the flames of life Allowing to burn
Allowing to heal
Allowing to learn
To be wise

We all have the right to err
Atleast once..
